[HPADM] PV display "?" as LV

Hi Admins,

I have here a situation. I need to remove disk c9t9d1 from vg02 but I can't.
This PV display "?" as logical volume which is really strange for me.

I did tried to rebuilt the /etc/lvmtab and tried vgreduce -f but all but
with no avail. If anyone encounter this please kindly share it with me.
