[HPADM] sar -d question

Folks,

As you can see from the sar -d output below, my avwait time is much higher the my avserv time on some of my disks. I had read somewhere a while back that if the avserv time should be more at least double the avwait time, and if the avwait time was ever higher then the avserv time, you have disk i/o problems. Is this true? If so, what's the best way to get this resolved. c9t0d2 and c9t0d3 contain Oracle (approximately 52 GB)along with data that an application (137 GB) that uses oracle. I've searched ITRC and the archives and I can't find the answer. c9txdx is on a VA-7100 and c15txdx is on a VA7400.
