Hi Admins,
The Ignite didn't work because /etc/lvmtab had two problems:
1. vgdisplay - v vg00, did not work, and when executing strings /etc/lvmtab, it gave me bad entry in lvmtab with the name "/dev/" this problem was solved erasing /dev/slvmvg and returning to generate /etc/lvmtab with the vgscan, of this form "/dev/" disappeared, and /etc/lvmtab is now correct
2. When I treated to activate again vg00, this was not successful and showed me that there is a discrepancy between lvmtab and kernel configuration.
Strings /etc/lvmtab:
/dev/vg00
>I_
/dev/dsk/c0t5d0
And the kernel configuration showed me two hard disks in VG00: /dev/dsk/c0t5d0
/dev/dsk/c0t4d0
I suppose that this happened so that a disc was removed abnormally
3. Finally I decided to reinstall the O.S.
Thanks to Bill Hassell, Jim McDonald, Stuart Abramson and Goodwin Richard for their replies.
Regars,
Gonzalo T.

I was trying to do make_recovery -Av for my box K360, but it exit with the following error:

NOTE: make_recovery(103): The make_recovery command will be replaced by
make_tape_recovery. Both commands are supported in this
release (Ignite-UX Revision 3.2). Please read the man page
make_tape_recovery(1M) for usage of the new command. In a
future release, make_recovery will be replaced by a script
that calls make_tape_recovery.
Option -A specified. Entire Core Volume Group/disk will be backed up.
