Most people have indicated that this is a case of RTFM but don't be so
quick to judge!
The man page for sar/sa1/sa2 (all the same page) contains the struct for
the sa2 daily data file (sarDD), not the sa1 and/or sar binary file
(saDD). I'm quite certain these structs would be different.
To clarify, I'm looking for the struct(s) written when sa1 is run. Or
even more specifically the output of /usr/lbin/sa/sadc when it's run via
the sa1 script. sa2 creates a daily summary file -- I don't need this
one.

Subject: [HPADM] struct for sar binary files
Does anyone have any knowledge of the struct used to store
binary sar data in the /var/adm/sa/saDD file on UX 11.11? Or even more
specifically, does anybody have the appropriate pack/unpack template for
perl to access this data directly?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks
