Hi List,
I am having a problem with creating a largefile (6gigs) on a filesytem
mount point. The mount point is /mnt/san which has 50gigs available which
mounted with "largefiles" option on /dev/vg01/lvol1. It is SAN environment.
Here is the more info:
Check diskspace:
root>bdf /mnt/san/db/prod/
Filesystem kbytes used avail %used
Mounted on
/dev/vg01/lvol1 209682432 158847488 50437856 76% /mnt/san
Check largefiles mounted:
root> fsadm /dev/vg01/rlvol1
largefiles
Test create 6gigs file:
root> prealloc /mnt/san/db/prod/test.file 6000000000
prealloc: File too large
Thank you for help.
Ben
