        Provide the authentication service for all networked Applications
both internal to the client and for the client customers. As a result, it is
a critical component of the client network and must be available and running
efficiently at all times. This position to be filled is a Unix Server
Security Analyst. It is important that the individual who fills this role
understands the division of responsibilities within our organization. This
means working within the assigned role and collaborating with other groups
in order to complete work.
        Experience/expertise required in:
* HP-UX version 10.20 or higher with an emphasis on security
* AIX version 4.3.2.0 or higher with an emphasis on security
* Remote Administration of large (50+) or geographical diverse server
environments
* Shell Scripting (POSIX, Korn, Bourne)
* Sudo
* Interface with business partners to:
                                a. Understand their security needs
                                b. Design, develop or recommend secure UNIX
solution
                                c. Implement and support solution
* Perform other duties as assigned
                Experience/knowledge desired of:
* Secured Shell (SSH)
* Tripwire
* Trusted Computing Base (TCB)
* Hardening HP-UX or AIX servers
* Convey Unix skills to individuals with limited Unix knowledge
                Understanding of:
* Industry Security Standards
* Unix security best practices
* Problem and change management practices
                This position also requires the following:
* Strong commitment to customer service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technical documentation writing skills.
* Superior problem solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Ability to work with individuals at all skill and knowledge levels.
* Ability to re-prioritize tasks as necessary.
* GSEC Certification is a plus but not required.
* GCUX Certification is a plus but not required.
