[HPADM] Help in setrlimit

Hi,

Thorugh a small code I have checked that on HPUX 11.11, we can set the
hard limit for no of open files upto 60000. But why this value is 60000,
I want to know? If anybody can lead me to any documentation or any other
clarification, it would be of great help.
