Hi all,
I have just been going through my .profile file.
1. What do set -u, set +u do?
2. what does this do? --> trap "echo 'logout tadimeti'" 0
# what to do on exit.
my .profile was copied from a SuperUser profile file template. It gives me a
warning (that I am a superuser).
Does #2 try to log me out?
Sorry for the newbie question.
P.S: I did read the man for set. I guess it'll take some time to get used to
reading help this way.
