[HPADM] copy the contents from DLT8000 tape into DDS3 tape

HI admins,
We have L3000 with DLT8000 tape drive in production.

We have another L3000 test server (in a standalone
test network). this one does not have DLT8000 tape
drive. It is only with DDS3 tape drive units.

We would like to restore the ignite-ux of prodcution
on the test server.

I have one another machine with both DLT and DDS3 tape
units.
Is it possible to copy/convert the DLT8000 image onto
DDS3 tape.
Do I need any additional tool to do this.
What type of format is this ignite-ux?
Please help.
