Hi list,
I have to deal with a vulnerability as follows on 11.0:
"MountdReserved: NFS mount daemon operating on a non-reserved port
Port=49184
The mountd daemon is running over a non-reserved port. This daemon is
probably vulnerable to port hijacking and should be moved to a reserved
port."
How would one do that?
Also:
CDE rpc.cmsd server remotely exploitable? I do not know if that is
important for me. I removed execute permission from the daemon and
don't see any detrimental effects. I don't know if that fixes the
vulnerability or not.
