When transferring files from a Win2K cilent to an HPUX J5000 ws running
11.0 (Sept 2002) transfers slow down to a halt after a few k-bytes. I
changed the ftpd command in inetd.conf to add the -l -L and -v to try to
get more debugging info, but there are no strange messages. Any clues?
