[HPADM] vpar and oracle trouble??

Is anyone else running vpar on hpux 11i AND oracle 9201 database?
We're having troubles with the install...it gets:

ORA1078 error in processing system prarameters (when it's trying to open the
initial database).

Any help/pointers would be appreciated GREATLY!

BTW, we're running on an RP5470 with 11i Enterprise-OE 3/2002. (hpux
patches are current). With 2 vpar's.
