Thanks to, in order, Bill Thompson, Bill Hassell and Gary Paveza.
Three were similar and discover the true reason: the file was using
by a processus when I deleted this.
So file descriptor was still open and disk space could not be released.
I sought the application responsible for this file descriptor in question:
it always turned, so I finally killed it.
