The SCSI lbolt errors could be due to following.
* loose scsi connections, faulty scsi adapters/cards
* not upto latest scsi patches and timeout settings in case of disks.
printf "%d\n" 0xcb gives 203 (the device your are getting error for-check error message. Check man page for printf)
now lsdev -c 203 will list you which class device. driver etc.
Check for scsi connections, if possible change cable and check.
