Hello Admins,
I just had my HP CE come out put in a new disk in one of my storage
enclosures. This disk is a mirror. It apparently failed sometime before my
last reboot, but I did not get any kind of EMS message in syslog. When I
tried to make an Ignite tape for that box it failed because it could not
query that disk.
The disk is now showing up in ioscan, but I am still getting the same error
when I try to run a make_tape_recovery -A on this box.
My question is how do I get it back to it's mirroring functions? I am
assuming that is what is causing the errors on the Ignite.
