I am configuring a network printer(Canon made iR3300) on HP-UX
I am able to ping the ip of the printer. I also added it as remote printer as follows.
lpadmin -pcanon -v/dev/null -mrmodel -ob3 -ocmrcmodel -osmrsmodel -ormcanon-printer -orpSPOOL
I have entry for canon-printer idn hosts file.
I enabled printer. Also did /usr/sbin/accept canon then lpsched started.
Upto this point no errors.
Then when I print with lp -dcanon /etc/hosts
It goes to printer and just sits there giving error as load paper though every tray in the printer is full and OK. This happens only for print from HP-UX box.
