The lastest BIND 9.2.1 is not supported on HP-UX 10.20 but runs on 11.x.
The last one ported to 10.20 is BIND 4.9.7 in patchfile PHNE_23277.
There is a chance for users of 10.20 to go to BIND 8.3.3 but compile is
needed.
