My thanks to Tom Leber , Bryan Quinn,Steve Illgen.
We needed to reboot our server and reset the page allocation table so we
could then monitor the memory for new entries. Ours went back yonks!.
Below are the answers received : -
You can get the information with following command
echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog"|cstm > /tmp/mem.info
To reset the log you can issue command
echo "selclass qualifier memory;cts"|cstm > /tmp/mem1.info

Here is the procedure for clearing the PDT, it requires STM to be installed.
Clearing the PDT
1. #mstm
2. f2 (ok) to get to the menu in STM
3. Arrow down to memory (63), hit the space bar to highlight the line.
4. Press f4 (menu bar on/off), right arrow over to tools (hit enter), arrow
down to utility (hit enter), then run (hit enter).
5. When the Run Utility screen comes up, arrow down to logtool and
highlight it by hitting the space bar.
6. Now hit f2 (ok) to run the logtool utility.
7. After a few seconds the Logtool Utility screen will be displayed.
8. Press f4 (Menu bar on/off).
9. Right arrow over to Memory (hit enter).
10. Choose Clear Log and hit enter.
11. When complete, hit f8 (exit) then hit f2 (ok) when asked if you really
want to exit.
That is all ther is to it, at this point you can reboot your machine or shut
it down and have the memory replaced either way the PDT should be clear when
it comes back up. The only reason the PDT might still have errors in it
after coming back up is if errors were encountered during the memory test
during the boot procedure.
Another way is to boot in service, interrupt the boot sequence and enter
SERV for service aids, followed by PDT CLEAR. The system willl hard boot
afterwards.
