I don't believe the disk subsystem has to claim support. What you want is Enhanced Concurrent, not concurrent capable (that is only SSA and AIX 5.2 dropped concurrent capable).

Anyway, the idea with enhanced concurrent is that any share disks subsystem can be an Enhanced Concurrent volume group.

So my thought would be yes it should.
