If it's closed/syncd, then it's not in use by any mounted filesystem. Since
there are only two filesystems in the VG and they're both open, then this
JFSlog is not in use and could be deleted.
If you want to use it, you'll have to unmount the filesystem you want to use
it and run the chfs command to change the logname. Don't simply edit
/etc/filesystems as that will not write the change to the VGDA so if the VG
ever gets exported/imported you'll lose that change.
