Even with sysback 5.4.1.0 you need to run /usr/lpp/sysback/rmsysback and
then reinstall after upgrade.

I got another PMR opened with IBM. It seems like once you upgrade to AIX
5, you need to install Sysback 5.4.1.0 as well, or else you'll get some
non-fatal "getlvodm" errors as the backup begins.
