I may be wrong but it is my understanding that the NIM server has to be the
same versions as the image. You can have multiply images with different
configurations but the OS version must be the same.

Subject: NIM - multiple O/S Releases on one master machine?

The NIM doc is nice but narrow-focused.

Can you put different O/S releases on a single master? For example, could a
4.3.3 machine host a master for 5.1 and 5.2 in addition to 4.3.3? Or can a
machine only host its own release of software?

Many thanks in advance, and sorry for the long disclaimer.
