Add this parameter to the client's sqlnet.ora parameter. When the
connection is idle for 30 mins, the session will die.

SQLNET.EXPIRE_TIME = 30

Or expect and kibitiz I think
I suppose adding expect as layer between can give you bigger control
but it is a sec. problem ...
