I installed and configured a server with Service Agent gateway and I think I
registered it successfully with IBM support. The message I received in the
SA call log at the end of the ppp transmission was as follows:
LICENSE(Success: 1, Fail: 0); SoftwareData(Success: 1, Fail: 0);
I then installed a Service Agent Client on another machine (does not have
modem). When I registered it, I received the following message in the
gateway's call log:
LICENSE(Success: 1, Fail: 0);
Q: Did the client server get registered successfully? The modem
transmission on the gateway appeared to end right after the initial
connection, but the log does say success. I did not see any "SoftwareData"
call log messages when registering the client so I'm wondering if I missed
anything.
