The only way I know of is to kill the processes that are holding those
ports open. You can use lsof to determine the process that is using a
particular port.

Subject: Dropping sockets to a particular port

Hi all,

Is it at all possible to drop certain sockets connected to a particular
port on AIX via some command?

We are having some problems on our notes servers, and the notes admin
have asked me if we can drop or reset connections to domino.

TIA
