Set up the new box as a slave.
     Copy the named.conf file (maybe with changes) from the old slave.
Tell the master about the new slave; add an NS record to the zones.
     The zones should transfer automatically to the new slave.
Have the 80 clients point to the new slave.
Decomission the old slave.
