We were looking at this the other day as we needed DCE client as a pre-req for HP Openview ... from what we could see there are some dce client filesets with 4.3.3 but they appear to be patch levels not base levels (e.g. 2.1.0.7 instead of 2.1.0.0) and failed to install as the base levels were not available.

We decided to purchase the DCE 3.2 client s/w in the end instead of looking into this further.
