I have done that with (2) 020 drawers in a system
migration. The SCSI raid is defined in the VG, so,
when it imported on the new system it, built the raid
array.

create a SSA RAID array that can be exportvg/importvg'd across all the
systems ? Assume they have an SSA RAID adapter.
