nope, looks to me that your free memory list is more than adequate from the output you provided. I would not worry about anything there. You don't seem to be paging much at all, and the CPU is not bottlenecking either.
If your memory was a problem your fre column would drop to three figures, at 120 (i think that is the default), it will start the page stealer until you get above 128 ( my figures may be wrong but I dont think I'm far off), and you would see some activity in your sr and fr columns as well as pi/po. You would also notice more cpu time going to IO/WAIT.
If your fre column goes down at certain times of the day causing heavy paging, you could use vmtune to tune your memory parameters. Look at minfree/maxfree and minperm/maxperm settings.
