Our pagers are with skytel (but we use to have MCI and they worked the
same). We have an email address that contains the pen number and one can
send an email to the pager.
Like 123456789@skytel.com. This is very handy and desirable. Works great.
Hope that helps

I was thinking about some sort of pager application using a serial modem but thought I would ask here first and get some ideas. Sometimes you aren't at work to check root's email so I wanted another way to find out about problems. -shawn ********************************************************************* This message and any attachments are solely for the intended recipient.
