Hello:
I've got the following situation after adding some hdisks to an AIX
server...
There are some volume groups:
# lsvg -o
rootvg
vg1
vg2
#
Only vg[12]+rootvg should be active (that's OK), but if I exec lsvg I get:
# lsvg
rootvg
vg1
vg2
vgxxx
vgyyy
...
#
If I try to delete vg[xxx|yyy|zzz], I obtain the following messages:
0516-306 getlvodm: Unable to find Unable in the Device
Configuration Database.
0516-882 reducevg: Unable to reduce volume group.
It seems to be that the added disks have a corrupted VGDA (were used in
other RS/6K system) or something like that.
How can I delete that volume groups?
Thanks!
Ignacio
