Thanks very much. However, the links below are not
working (The page cannot be displayed...). I've tried

www.aixncc.uk.ibm.com, w3.aixncc.uk.ibm.com &
w3.asterix.aixncc.uk.ibm.com, all with the same
result.

I did find an article by Nigen Griffiths at

Hopefully that will be enough info to get me started.
