A request quote I received to upgrade 4.3.3 to 5.x on a 4-way M80 indicated that the 5.x pricing is dependent on CPU count.
The ballpark number that Basim quoted is an accurate list price per processor.

As far as I know the cost is not determined by the number of CPU's or the
size of the systems. I just purchase 5 P43-150 systems and this is the
quote I got on the AIX license 4.3.3.

5771-SPT AIX SW SUPPORT 1YR $450.00 (Mandatory)

The support and subscription a mandatory as of the end of January. You must
either purchase a machine or give them the serial number of an existing
machine in order to purchase the license.
