[Q] AIX 4.3.3 end of support?

I heard thar IBM AIX 4.3.3 date for end of support on 12/31/03. Due to
our application are NOT certify under AIX 5.2. My question are:

1. what is "end of support" mean on IBM? Does it mean "NO bug fix" or
"totally NO support (if ask question , they still answer)"?
