JFS2 for ROOTVG Filesystems

We've just installed 5.2 using the 64 bit kernel which was necessary for
Oracle 9.x. When we installed the O/S we chose to use the 64 Bit Kernel
& use JFS2 for rootvg. I'm curious as to what folks feel is best
practices now -

Is there a any disadvantage to have rootvg filesystems as JFS2 or
should we reinstall the O/S and make rootvg as JFS filesystems and then
create user-defined filesystems as JFS2 when desired?

TIA
