Mas... a IBM não "chia" pelo fato de instalarem placas de rede da concorrência? Caso contrário até expansão de memória seria comprável no mercado paralelo a preço bem menor...Isso não se refere a máquinas fora do prazo de garantia?

We got Etherlink XL 3COM card on some 43P and it works fine. I think the
answer to your question could be, Is there any AIX driver package to
Realtec Ethernet card? If yes, it will work, if not ....
