Nothing unless you attempt to access it from the same system that did the
flashcopy, in which case you need to do a recreatevg.

There are some limitations on which LUNS you can flashcopy to based on the
LSS, and other issues like quiesceing databases and so on.

You might already have it, but there is a recent redpiece out that has some
sample flash copy scripts:

This redpiece probably addresses all your concerns. It did not seem to
mention recreatevg though, at least when I searched.

I have a Regatta LPAR booted and installed from a Shark. It was
*painless*. Now, management would like to try the next step - Flashcopy.

Does anyone foresee any gotcha's doing this ? Nothing jumps out at me,
but you know how picky an O/S disk drive can be.
