blank console

Hello,
We have a 7316-TF1 console attached to 4 of the 6m1 machines, but recently
we had a building power shut down, therefore we had to shut down all of the
machines. After I powered up the machines, the console didn't work
anymore..death blank not response. I've checked all the connection and
everything is in place. Right now I've to telnet to the machines. Any
ideas?
