64bit AIX 5.1 Server Support

People,

Our DBAs have expressed an interest in looking at Oracle 9i (64bit) and have asked if we can install 64bit AIX 5.1 so they can do this. Unfortuantly I think the hardware they are using probably will not run AIX 5 in 64bit mode.

Has anyone either got information on which RS6000/pSeries will run AIX 5.1 in 64bit mode or knows where I can get that information?

p.s. I know there is a list of servers whcih do work in the AIX 5.1 release notes but the servers are not on that list and the list does say that compatibility is not limited to the servers listed.
