We do this by the following:
Cron it to run on every Saturday
Look up the day of the month (dayn=`date +%d`)
If day of the month is greater than 7 then exit ($dayn gt 7 then exit)
If you get here then this is the first Saturday of the month and do your
work
This works great for the second Saturday also. Dayn would be greater than 7
but less than 15.
