Suppress Banner Page when setting up HP 4 Si JetDirect Printer

Hello,
RS 6000 7025 -F40
AIX 4.3.3

I have been tasked to move a printer from printing serially (lat) to the
network. Luckily I had a Jet Direct Card (J2550A) sitting around.
I have another unix box and I can print to it from there via the jet
direct card.

I can print to it from the RS600 box also but there is a header page.

    qconfig file for the printer I am moving
FINANCE_HP:
        device = @grove
        up = TRUE
        host = grove
        s_statfilter = /usr/lib/lpd/attshort
        l_statfilter = /usr/lib/lpd/attlong
        rq = finance_hp
@grove:
        backend = /usr/lib/lpd/rembak
FINANCE_HP_LAN:
        device = @grove
        host = grove
        rq = finance_hp
        s_statfilter = /usr/lib/lpd/attshort
        l_statfilter = /usr/lib/lpd/attlong
@grove:
        header = never
        trailer = never
        access = both
        backend = /usr/lib/lpd/pio/etc/piorlfb -f !

How do I get it to never print a banner page or header page.
The old one which is served by a VMS printer-server doesn't print the
banner page.
