I have heard of cases where cards have had duplicate mac addresses, due to
manufacturing errors. If this really is the case then the cards should be
returned to the supplier and replaced.

if you have a mac-address more than 1 time on a ethernet, that wont work
so I wonder why you write "all macaddress same".
are you sure you dont confuse the mac-address (12 hex digits) with
something?
