Raj: take a look at this. it may be a bit more than you need but, for
what it's worth. i run it weekly on all my AIX boxes and save the
output in case i need to refer back to how a machine was configured
at some point in the past.

 Has somebody a script which produce an inventory list of hard- and
software updated info that is installed in a rs/6000 ?
