vmtune to configure it, as Holger said. Usually worth restricting it for
database systems, as they'll have their own buffers. Plenty of posts on
this subject in the archive.

To get a detailed look at memory utilisation, use svmon. Beware! It can be
very detailed. Start off with the general summary information, and progress
to the top memory users; running it for every user in the system can impose
a significant overhead, particularly on a busy system.
