AW: TSM inclexcl.dat

I only know inclexcl, not inclexcl.dat. It's plain ascii and looks like this
for example:

INCLUDE /.../* BA5V
EXCLUDE /mnt/.../*
EXCLUDE /tmp/.../*
EXCLUDE core
