Parallel System Support Programs
That's what makes the SP an SP. It's a collection of daemons/programs/etc
that is designed for enabling parallel systems.
If you are on standalone rs6000, and use HACMP, then you will see hags as
well.

cluster-products and things like vsd/rvsd/gpfs
