limit a user to ftp his dirextory only

dear list:

in AIX native ftpd, can I linit a uset to ftp his directory only?
it meas the user can NOT cd to other directory ex: /tmp, /usr ...etc
I saw in linux or BSD has other ftpd to do this (chroot?)

can I do the same in AIX 4.3.3 native ftpd ?
