i would
1) remove all filesystems
2) create a fs size of all disks
3) create a file dd </dev/zero >file bs=128k
that should remove all user data
after that
varyoffvg, exportvg
dd </dev/zero >hdisk# bs=128k # for all disks
with expensive means, some data will still be recreatable however

Folks,
I have an RS6000 connected to some EMC disk drives
The customer wants the system removed but wants all the data
on the EMC drives completely erased
I thought about removing the volume group but I don't know if this
completely wipes all the data
How can this be done?
