Can his be done with a command, instead of modifying the file directly
with "vi" or "sed"?

you have to remove the ADMINCHNG flag from /etc/security/passwd...or is it
/etc/security/user?

Subject: Forcing passwords when creating users.

When creating a user, I want to be able to force a password. When this
user logs in the first time, I do not want AIX to prompt them to change
their password, but retain the password I set for the user. Is this
possible?

Thanks in advance
