Anyone already have a script to list ALL files with no VALID USER or GROUP NAME?

Hi-
I need to scan multiple systems for files that do not have a user or group
name. (just a uid/gid that is not part of the /etc/passwd or /etc/group
file)

Any ideas on the quickest way to find those files?
